Hunter Property Management is owned and operated by Texas State University alumni Derrik Hammer and his wife, Morgan. Derrik earned his degree in Business Management, bringing a strong foundation in operations, finance, and strategic decision-making to every property we manage. Morgan, also a Texas State graduate, holds a degree in Marketing, ensuring each property is positioned competitively, marketed effectively, and communicated professionally.

Together, they combine business discipline with modern marketing strategies to maximize performance while keeping owners informed and tenants well-served.
